Our Little Valentine!!!

There’s really not alot you can say about this picture<G> If you know us, you know he’s an ear freak and he loved these!!!

Valentines day LOVE!!!

Yesterday we were invited to a Grandparents Valentines Day Program at Tristyns School. And it was adorable! Only Kindergarteners and their parents and grandparents. It was'nt crowded and much more enjoyable than the Christmas program! The kids sang 5 songs and had some small speaking parts, the whole thing took 30 minutes. Then they took us to the cafeteria for breakfast(donut holes and drinks) It was great. The only sad note were the three little pockets of kids with no family present. That made me really sad! Here's the pics.

Friday Art- Graffiti

This is a no link post. I just love this art form and wanted to share it! My question to you is: Do you love or hate it???

 

We live in a town that goes apeshit over it. Every little mark is hunted down and eradicated. I think why??? I mean walls are really PLAIN and UGLY!!!  Dress them up. I love it. I love the days Tristyn and I sit and watch the trains and share the art!   If your lucky enough to have it where you live, i HOPE you enjoy it!

I needed a little Spring!

My crocheting blitz is still in high gear but I needed to put down the brown! So I’m working on some Prayer Shawls for my Spirit Jumper girls. (solids, not these two colors together)<G>

Tristyn and I made a quick trip to Toy hell the other day to buy his hunk of junk omnitrex, but I think the only thing worth buying there is their Shopping Totes. They are beautiful and functional and my favs from anywhere. And at $1.49, a hella bargain. I have a ton of these but here are my new ones!!!

The Ultimate Omnitrex.  If you have a wee boy and he wants this very OVERPRICED piece of shit toy, I beg you to say no! Crappy construction, absolutely no play value and it’s way more work for mom than play for kids. Also you have to purchase separately at $5.98 ea the little guys that go on top. STUPID! All that aside, he loves it.  I should have bought the damn Legos he wanted!

I was thinking that if I’m going to keep this blog, I really need to keep it up. It’s too easy to put it off and forget it for another day but that sucks for the three people that read this thing. So, I’m going to try to do better. I’m committing to even days this month! That’s all just the evens. More if I can fit it in. But for now…let’s just even things out<G>!
